Hey, Lera, congrats on your MAXIM feature. How do you feel?
Thank you, it’s great and I’m really happy with it. I’ve dreamt about featuring in MAXIM Australia for years now and I’m proud to now be part of the team. Now my goal is to one day be on the cover!
Tell us a bit about this photo shoot.
I’ve travelled to St. Petersburg before, but I was there for a week to do this photo shoot. So, I had time to see the city, its beauty and architecture. I loved everything about this shoot, but above all I liked the interesting location and wardrobe from some famous brands. I’m very pleased with the result and with the whole team.
How long have you been modelling?
I only started modelling, at a serious level, a year ago. Over time you realise that opportunities are very limited in my city, Odessa. So now I get great pleasure from travelling to different cities and countries.
You’re wearing some high-end branded Agent Provocateur gear in this shoot. They recently published some photos of you, right?
Yes. It’s a small step forward for me and it was a very nice surprise when it happened.
What is your best asset?
My natural beauty and my eyes.
When you’re not posing for MAXIM what do you do?
I try to spend time with my family and read books. I also like being alone and having my own time.
Tell us a bit more about yourself.
I’m a very modest and closed person. To get to know me better, you need to spend more time with me but also be an open-mined and kind person.
What would people be most surprised to know about you?
That I don’t have a boyfriend.
When do you feel confident and sexy?
When I have a boyfriend – a woman blooms next to her man.
What do you look for in a man?
A man must be kind and honest. Appearance, intelligence and humor are also important to me.
Would you ever date one of your social media followers?
Never! But, after being published in MAXIM, they will no doubt write to me inviting me on a trip or something.
What’s been the craziest night out you’ve ever had?
I haven’t had it yet. I think it will be my wedding night when I eventually get married one day.
What’s next on the horizon for you?
I plan to travel a lot for work. I want to get the cover of a fashion magazine and, of course, MAXIM. It’s my goal.
