During our stay, MAXIM’s dozen stunning ladies and crew were treated to a coffee cart greeting us every morning, followed by a prepared breakfast for all, daily – just one of the many outstanding services this beautiful place has to offer. With its architectural vibrancy, the modern day muse, that is The Cali, is here to captivate you through its chic neutral elements while allowing you to take in the amazing local surroundings and culture.
We explored the beaches which radiated a very calming energy, took in the local cafes with carefree creatives doing their own thing, ventured out to the green rice fields and climbed and sat inside some epic waterfalls. Yes, it truly is magical and we really felt as if we were in another world. Beyond the geographical beauty Bali is something to behold. Its calming energy is complemented with the perfect amount of fun and the amazing team at The Cali were extremely comforting, accommodating and made this Destination MAXIM tour one we’ll remember forever. We wish we could’ve stayed forever.

The Indonesian island of Bali has long been the go-to retreat for vacationing Aussies, and it is safe to say that most returning visitors have their favourite spots to stay on the island. Still, when you’re done with rural Ubud and over the hustle and bustle of Kuta, why not try the nearby coastal village of Canggu for an authentic slice of the luxury villa lifestyle.
