Where can you find ladies dressed to the nines and men walking around in budgie smugglers? At Sydney’s Oh Boy Cafe, located directly above one of Sydney’s most famous harbourside pools, the Andrew (Boy) Charlton Pool at Woolloomooloo Bay.
This picturesque cafe is located in one of the most coveted locations and features uninterrupted harbour views right of the Royal Botanic Gardens. The menu is a playful mix of local and sustainable ingredients with a Mediterranean feel.
Oh Boy is the newest destination for locals, travellers, swimmers, but more recently ladies who lunch. The cafe is a beautiful mix of scantily-clad people from the pool as well as trendy Sydney eastern suburbanites sipping on cocktails and enjoying the view. When we arrived to road test this venue, we were joined by a bevvy of local influencers all dressed to impress and ready to take that perfect shot in such a landmark location.
Adam Marshall, owner of the Bird & Bear family of restaurants, cafes and venues is known for creating some beautiful waterside venues including the Navy Bear (a hidden local gem in Darling Point).
While Oh Boy is a cafe by day, it is also available for private events and functions by night.
