Alluring ANASTASIA WILBERT has all the makings of becoming America’s next top model…
Awesome photo shoot, Anastasia, tell us a bit about it?
The photographer, Ike, reached out to me a few weeks ago with a concept for a skit we were performing on his YouTube channel — to try and recreate looks and photography done by the famous photographer, Peter Coulson. All of our fans loved it and we had such a fun time together.
Well, you look gorgeous. When do you feel you are at your sexiest?
I feel sexy when I’m dressed my best. I see fashion as a way of expressing my true self and I feel my best when appearance reflects that.
What is your best asset?
I would say my mind.
Tell us a bit more about yourself.
I grew up in a small town outside of Seattle in the U.S.A. and lived there for most of my life. Growing up watching America’s Next Top Model, I had always dreamed about becoming a published model. I was scouted as a teenager when I was at a yoga and meditation festival with some friends, and I’ve been modelling ever since.
What would people be most surprised to know about you?
A lot of people are surprised to hear when I tell them that two years ago I had lost all of my hair and almost my life when I was diagnosed with a severe autoimmune disease. It’s now something I have under control, but I have improved so much since then that I am almost unrecognisable.
Whoa, go you! Sounds like you need a drink. What can we get you at the bar?
Espresso Martini, please! 😉
Done! What’s one thing men should always remember about women?
A good woman only cares about honesty, respect and effort.
What have you learnt about men over the years?
A man loves to feel needed, just as much as a woman loves to feel desired.
What do you look for in a man?
I look for someone who is sweet and thoughtful, has similar taste or interests and makes me feel like a princess.
Describe your ideal date.
You can’t go wrong with a romantic dinner, some wine and great conversation.
Who is your girl crush?
I would say Doja Cat. I love her personality. She is always demonstrating her genuine, goofy self to others and doesn’t seem to care what other people think of her. Her energy and her music are both really magnetising.
Where would you like to be in five years?
I would like to be successful in my career with social media and modelling, hopefully transitioning to owning my own business.
Finally, what’s next for you? xAre there any exciting projects on the horizon you can share with us?
Yes, but not any that I can share just yet — watch this space! ■
