What are your favourite things about each other?
Renee: I think Mel is absolutely stunning. Beautiful eyes and a lovely, down-to-earth girl.
Mel: Renee doesn’t take herself too seriously. We’re quite similar – she likes to muck around, so we had a lot of fun on the shoot.
If you could’ve had another woman in the shoot, who’d it have been?
Renee: I am totally crushing on Rosie Huntington-Whiteley at the moment.
Mel: I would love to shoot with Megan Fox. She is sex.
We sense a Transformers theme here. You’re both very tall – do you embrace your skyscraper stature?
Renee: I’m 175cm and proud of it, since I’ve booked a lot of fashion shows and parades because of my height.
Mel: I love being tall. I’m 178cm and wouldn’t change it for anything.
Besides the gift of height, what other physical attributes are you proud of?
Renee: I like my lips and my boobs. I’m happy to say my body is all-natural.
Mel: I’m pretty proud of my legs. They’re long and toned and I work hard to keep them that way!

Would you ever go out with a short man?
Renee: That would just be awkward. I think there’s nothing hotter than a tall girl with long legs in a pair of sky-high heels.
Mel: I could date a shorter guy if he was completely secure within himself, otherwise it would make me uncomfortable dressing up to go out. Especially if I’m wearing sky-high heels.
The Melbourne Cup is on soon. If you had a racehorse, what would you name it?
Renee: Something cute. All of my pets have cute names. If I called my horse Tinkerbell, she would totally be the underdog.
Mel: I’d call mine Greatest Eva.
Would you rather own a really fast racehorse that could make you rich or a unicorn?
Renee: A unicorn, because it would be the only unicorn in the world!
Mel: Hmm, hard decision, but definitely a unicorn. I don’t know anyone else who has one… besides Renee.
Then you could breed them and make a little unicorn family. That would be totes cute! Anyway, Halloween is just around the corner. Why do women enjoy dressing up so much?
Renee: I think we like it because we get to play a character and use our imagination.
Mel: It gives us a chance to be a bit more daring than usual and play up our personality without being judged.
Is role-playing something all couples should have a go at?
Renee: Sure. I guess playing a role means you get to be anyone you want and all of your inhibitions go out the window!
Mel: Definitely. Life is short, so you need to have fun and try new things. You never know what you’re missing until you give it a go.
Halloween is all about scamming candy. What’s your favourite type of tooth-decaying food?
Renee: You can’t beat toffee apples and fairy floss.
Mel: Strawberry Freddo’s for me.
