How long have you been modelling?
On and off, from my first shoot with Gucci to now, it’s been eight years! If I wasn’t modelling, I’d be working full-time behind the scenes in event planning and event production, which I currently do in between modelling jobs.
When do you feel sexy?
I’m really into driving sports cars lately and there’s just something about wearing a classy dress with heels and stepping out of a McLaren that makes me feel powerful.
What is your best asset?
I started training twice a day, a month prior, for this shoot and squatting is not fun when you can’t feel your legs – my butt deserves a gold medal!
What would people be most surprised to know about you?
Cherry is my real name – it’s on my passport.
What do you look for in a man?
I used to care so much about being picture perfect, but I think as we mature we just want a person who is our best friend – someone who makes our heart tingle, believes in us, makes us want to try new things and be a better person.
What’s next for you?
After shooting with MAXIM my mentality really changed – I’m trying to get back into modelling in Asia but don’t let anyone limit you to a frame of what you should be. You can be a boss of a company and still model – modelling doesn’t define you. So, live a little more, make memories and enjoy life.
