Fresh from her Destination MAXIM tours, it’s now time to get to know a little more about Aussie beach babe MOLLY MOYIES…
Give us a little more background about yourself and life story so far, Molly.
I grew up on the northern beaches in Sydney, but also spent a lot of time in the countryside. I feel really lucky to have been able to experience two different types of living environments – if I wanted a break from the city I would travel to visit family. I’m the happiest when I’m either at events with friends or just at home with my cat enjoying my own time. I studied to be a florist with Pearsons and I absolutely love creating beautiful table arrangements and bouquets for special occasions and events.
What do you love most about yourself?
I’m a very loyal and caring person, especially when I’m in a relationship. I always go above and beyond for people who are extremely close to me.
What’s the first thing you do when you get up in the morning?
I usually get up at 4:30am and head to the gym for a 5:30am gym class, then plan out my day or week ahead before heading to work.
What is one of your weird quirks?
My laugh tends be to quite high pitched or very loud at times.
You were on our Destination MAXIM trips – how’s life been since being on our tours?
Life has been great! I’m turning 30 this year and I’ve decided I want to end my 20s in a really good way by stepping out of my comfort zone and spending the rest of the year travelling to the USA and Europe ticking off places on my bucket list.
Nice one. What would you tell someone who wants to go on one of our upcoming Destination MAXIM tours?
It’s a really great experience to meet new people, experience other cultures and step out of your comfort zone and make new friends from all over the world.
What’s the first thing you notice when it comes to the opposite sex?
Their height, if they have tattoos and if they have a good sense of humour. I love a guy who can make me laugh.
What do you think is the most attractive quality in a man?
If they are hardworking and driven in life to succeed for a great future and also have a close relationship with their family. I grew up in a broken family so to be able to build a close bond with my partner’s family makes me feel so loved.
What impresses you about a guy on a first date?
A guy could impress me on a first date if he has a good sense of humour, is confident, not shy and can hold a good conversation.
What advice would you give a man?
Be patient with us – we all have a vulnerable side even if we don’t show it.
What’s your guilty pleasure?
On a rainy day I love binge watching documentaries and indulging in my favourite foods. I love sweet things like ice cream.
What’s something new happening in your life right now?
I’m currently studying personal training and working in the waste management industry, which I love, and planning some trips later this year. I’m also working a lot on myself to be happy and to succeed more this year.
What are you looking forward to the most this year?
While I’m travelling, just taking in other cultures, meeting new people along the way and just living in the moment. I don’t really plan the future I just take it as it comes and go with the flow. As for what’s next for me, I’m really looking forward to what 2024 has in store.
Lastly, what is one major thing you want to accomplish by the end of 2023?
Continue working on my modelling career, grow more as a person, travel more – not only overseas but I would love to see more of Australia – and just enjoy life! T
