Tell us a bit about yourself, Cara.
I’m an Irish-American who has been living in Sydney for seven years and I’m the youngest in my family with two older siblings. I work with newborn babies as a sleep consultant – when baby comes home from the hospital, I work the night shift while the new parents’ sleep – but I’ve been acting and modelling since the tender age of four. I’ve travelled the world, lived in many countries and I’m also a dog mum – my life revolves around her and she will eventually travel the world with me, too!
What would people be most surprised to know about you?
I got a scholarship with NYFA [New York Film Academy] acting for film when I was 18 – acting has always been a passion of mine and something I will continue to pursue.
What do you love most about working with Elite Supermodel Australia?
I love they have my best interest at heart. They’re excited for me and my future, they believed in me and really want me to go far, which is lovely and humbling.
What did you love most about this MAXIM photo shoot?
I loved how professional everyone was on set. It was easy to feel comfortable
and confident and I was able to be myself in a relaxed fun atmosphere.
What is your best asset?
Physically I get complements on my blue eyes, big eyebrows and smile! Otherwise, I’m very intuitive and naturally a happy-go-lucky girl! I dance like no one’s watching and sing like no one’s listening. People describe me as an earth angel and a ray of sunshine. My determination to succeed is also a great asset.
When do you feel sexy?
When I’ve been eating healthy, looking after my body and also when I’ve had a pamper day.When I’m looking my best, I feel my best.
What do you look for in a man?
A kind soul, respectful, genuine, funny, outgoing and a man who has strong family values. Also, good looks, stylish and someone who can hold a conversation as I’m a chatterbox.
Describe your ideal date.
Something adventurous or out of the norm – I like to live life on the edge but I also love to be taken to a fancy restaurant with great food and cocktails.
What’s next for you?
Let’s just say you’ll see me on the big screen – a lot! I have a TV and Netflix series coming soon, will be uploading my YouTube and podcast in January and I’m also learning to DJ with my best friend Nula. So, yes, lots of exciting work to come!
